This Four-Layer Oreo Pie is the ultimate no-bake dessert for chocolate lovers. With a crushed Oreo cookie crust, a fluffy cream cheese layer, rich chocolate pudding, and a whipped topping finish, every bite is creamy, crunchy, and full of nostalgic flavor. 1 pkg Oreos

1 ¼ sticks butter

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese

1 ½ cup Cool Whip

1 cup powdered sugar

2 pkg instant chocolate pudding

3 cups milk

Directions
First Layer
Separate the Oreos and set aside the creme filling in a bowl.
Finely crush the Oreo cookies (a food processor works best).
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies, reserving about ½ cup of crumbs for topping.
Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 10x10 inch pan to form the crust.
Place in the freezer while preparing the next layer.
Second Layer
In a medium bowl, mix the reserved Oreo creme filling, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust.
Third Layer
In another bowl, whisk together the two packages of instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups of cold milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Fourth Layer
Spread a generous layer of Cool Whip over the pudding.
Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs evenly on top for garnish.
Cover and chill for at least 2–4 hours, or until fully set.
Slice and serve cold.
Recipe Note
- You can use pre-crushed Oreo crumbs to save time—just use about 3 cups total.
- For a firmer crust, place it in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before adding the second layer.
- Use light cream cheese and whipped topping if desired for a slightly lighter version.
