Rolled in graham cracker crumbs and chilled to perfection, it's a sliceable, freezer-friendly dessert that keeps well and serves beautifully.

1 box graham crackers

1 bottle cherries, cut up

1 box dates, cut up

1 cup pecans, cut up

1 package large marshmallows, cut in fourths

1 can sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Crush the entire box of graham crackers into fine crumbs, reserving 1 cup for coating the outside of the rolls.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cherries, chopped dates, chopped pecans, and quartered marshmallows. Mix well.
Add the graham cracker crumbs (except the reserved cup) and stir to combine.
Pour in the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly with your hands until evenly incorporated.
Divide the mixture and shape into rolls.
Roll each in the reserved graham cracker crumbs to coat.
Wrap and place in the freezer until firm.
When ready to serve, slice into rounds.
