Using instant pudding mix, milk, a splash of evaporated milk, and a touch of sugar, you can whip up a batch in minutes. Ingredients

1 package instant pudding mix (any flavor)

Milk (as directed on pudding package)

¼ to ½ cup sugar (to taste)

½ cup evaporated milk
Directions
Prepare the instant pudding mix according to package directions using regular milk.
Add sugar and evaporated milk to the prepared pudding and stir until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups with sticks.
Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until solid.
To serve, briefly run the mold under warm water to loosen.
Recipe Note
- Evaporated milk adds extra creaminess, but you can omit it for a lighter version.
