A traditional holiday favorite, this non-alcoholic eggnog features a smooth blend of egg yolks, sugar, cream, and milk, finished with airy whipped egg whites and a dusting of nutmeg. 4 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 small can cream, chilled

1 qt homogenized milk, chilled

1 tsp vanilla

4 egg whites

Nutmeg, for topping
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar together until light and creamy.
Add the chilled cream, milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and place it in the freezer until very cold.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the chilled milk mixture.
Pour into chilled serving glasses and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Serve immediately.
