Chocolate Chip Pudding Cake is a moist, flavorful dessert made with yellow cake mix, instant pudding, and a generous amount of chocolate chips. The combination of vanilla and chocolate pudding adds richness and depth, while the cake mix makes it easy and foolproof. Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 ½ cup water
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
½ cup oil
4 eggs
½ tsp salt
6 oz pkg chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, both pudding mixes, and salt. Stir until well blended.
Add water, oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Beat until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Recipe Note

Use mini chocolate chips to prevent sinking, or toss chips in a tablespoon of flour before adding to the batter.
Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze slices for later.
